The video above features the owner of the Rapid Funnel company, and goes into more detail, but here are a few tidbits I've learned using it. I will add to it as I learn more.<br />
<br />
1) Rapid Funnel is meant to use as a follow up AFTER you've already made first contact with people. It has built in "spam safeguards" which will kick in and reduce use of certain functions if you don't maintain a good "score." If you add people in willy-nilly and just send them stuff, they are unlikely to open it and it reduces your score (and wastes your time). Additionally, remember that certain methods of marketing (mass emails, robo-calls, etc) are against our terms of service. This is a "1 to 1" type of thing and I've found (in 12 years of doing this) that the best results are obtained by initiating that personal connection FIRST, by phone or in person. All these other things are, for the most part, a waste of valuable time. Keep in mind though, that if you do have an advertising campaign, that the compliance department will help you get the message right... just reach out to them via: <a href="mailto:compliance@UnitedFinancialFreedom.com">compliance@UnitedFinancialFreedom.com</a><br />
<br />
2) CAMPAIGNS... require an "opt-in" by your prospect. If they aren't told by you to do that, they may open it and ignore it. This means they don't receive the drip campaign and it reduces your score. Do NOT add someone to a campaign unless they know to opt in. I recommend you use this function only when you have someone on the phone, that way you can add them, assign them to the campaign, and they can opt in right then.<br />
<br />
3) RESOURCES... are items you can send out one at a time, there are resources for potential clients and agents. In the clients area you will also find a lot of client testimonial videos... I like to send one or two of them (Orlan is a good one) to a potential agent as well. Look at each of them yourself, so you are familiar with them.<br />
<br />
4) LABELS... once you have a prospect added in, you can apply a LABEL so you can sort them later. I chose to use "PAssoc" for a potential agent, "PClient," "MyTeam" and "TeamPros" (team prospects, which are the prospects of my team members that I need or want to follow up with as well), "Joined" and "Bought." You might come up with other ways to group. You CAN apply multiple labels and create new ones anytime, as well as change labels as peoples status changes.<br />

5) SENDING... You can send a resource inside, or outside, a specific contact. If you want it tracked back to a contact, open the contact and use "send resource." It will prompt you to choose what you want to send... for instance "Pique Interest" and then you click the box to the left of "Prospecting Video." It will then give you choices of how to sent if you have both the email and phone number. Sending a resource outside a contact will still allow someone to fill out the form and add themselves to your Rapid Funnel. This is good if you want to send out a small broadcast email to your personal contacts.<br />
<br />
6) TRACKING... is important, and using the Rapid Funnel for all your prospect and client contacts will give you a history of what you've sent them. But you can also send items outside a contact by simply choosing "Resources" from the main menu. This is a good way to get someone to "self add" themselves to Rapid Funnel. You can use this with SOCIAL MEDIA by using this "work around..."<br />
<br />
7) SOCIAL MEDIA... you can easily add a resource post to Facebook, and some other social media by using the "<" share function on the APP (click on "resources" then choose what to share, then share). However you cannot share to a specific person on Social Media (spamming through Messenger can get your Facebook account locked down), however... if you DO know someone well in real life and want to use that medium to share you can do this workaround... go to Resources, choose what you want to share, choose to share via email or text... then, when it opens up... copy the link it provides and then go to Facebook or social media and share in a message to a specific person.<br />
<br />

I use "Sample Client" for first and last name so if the home office sees it they don't think it's real. I like running 3 different analysis scenarios and printing them out as examples to show people. I'll do one with only a mortgage, one with a mortgage and a rental property and one with a mortgage, car loan and credit card debt. Just make up numbers you feel are pretty average for your area. This really gives you a good feel for what the program can do.</span><br />

For existing clients, I might just ring them up and say...<i> "I've just discovered a great tool to save thousands of dollars. Can I ask you... is your house free and clear?" </i>Let them answer and follow up with snippets of info, but mostly let them ask you questions. The goal? Get them interested in having their Savings Analysis done. Then, if you aren't ready to do it for them, or just prefer the company does, use the back office system to "ASSIGN" to the home office, you can even set up a specific appointment back there!</span><br />

Sometimes it depends on YOUR enthusiasm level. But if you just keep forward momentum... you WILL succeed!<br /><br />How short CAN your "cycle" be? Well, I've had instances where I made a cold call one day, did their Analysis and got them into the program the NEXT day, and, that same day, they signed up THEIR first agent, who bought the program themselves 3 days later. At the same time, I've had sales that didn't happen till 9 months after I first made contact. It's often up to luck and how busy your prospect is. Keep in mind that even though people might not be interested now... does not mean they won't GET interested later! Sometimes it just takes a while to "percolate" in their mind.</span></span><br />

If you are getting qualified prospects (meaning they can afford to get the program and it shows that it will help them, you will probably close 40% of them once you get good at this).</span><br />

<span style="font-family: "trebuchet ms" , sans-serif;">Being conservative, you could potentially earn <b>$300 to $600</b> per day (just in Field Coach commissions) if you have a full schedule, though, be aware that commission is earned as the program is paid for. Most are paid for in full, up front, though there is a subscription option as well.</span><br />

We have a program that can really help your clients, and by referring your clients you can create an additional income stream.. We pay you, on average, $400 to over $1000 for each client you refer who gets the program. </i></span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">I guarantee you that if you just make it your goal to call enough people to have 3-5 conversations a day about this program... you will be successful. If you have time to call more... great!<br /><br />The thing I like about this "recruit to sell" approach is this... you have UNLIMITED leads to call since there are millions of professionals all over the country that have not heard of this program.<br /><br />Also... it's a LOT easier to get people to take the time to learn about this when they are learning for the purpose of MAKING money, rather than spending it (lol).<br /><br />But, this program sort of sells itself once people learn how it works... and about 40% of the people you talk to will be good prospects to buy the program too. For most this worked out to be a GREAT deal... as our average client was saving over $120,000 on their current debt load. Investing $3500 to save $120k meant that the program investment was no more than 3% of the amount saved for MOST of our clients.</span><br />

Have them put in the mortgage they paid off, the last car loan they had, and the last credit card balances they had. </span><br />

<span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;">WHY? Because only by going through "the process" will people really KNOW the power of the program. Additionally, by going through the process... they feel confident when talking to a prospect. They KNOW what the prospect will see, the understand how it's done, and they have more CREDIBILITY with the prospect as well.</span><br />

This is really to learn the "Steps" and the principles of how to qualify your prospects... with questions and tie-downs.</span><br />

<span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;">Why? Because this is a "numbers game" - you don't ever want to be "selling" or trying to "convince" someone that their debt is important. What you want to do is weed people OUT who don't take their finances seriously. When you do that, you are left with the best prospects, ones that will take action (as either an agent or a client) and one that will be the best "builders" of your Worth business. </span><br />

<span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;">Also... remember a "no" is not a "forever No" it's a "not right now" ..people's lives, and their finances, are constantly changing. Just because someone doesn't appear interested NOW, doesn't mean that 6 months down the road they won't be... their circumstances might be vastly different. This is why it's important that EVERY CONTACT goes in your "DRIP" Pipeline (see below), so you stay in constant contact with them. It often takes 8-10 times of "seeing" something before people take action. Some take action the first time... some longer. You don't want to lose sales because you gave up too soon.</span><br />
